This painting pays homage to the frontline workers who cared for our sick during the Coronavirus pandemic. Beyond the literal translation of hospital scrubs, the painting speaks to the many examples of generosity and sacrifice our medical workers make. The black garment bag suggests what they are not wearing—what they've given up—to look out for our communities.
