Refund policy

If your artwork order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of the package arrival for an exchange at no cost to you or a full refund. You must return the damaged item within 7 days. We will refund your return shipping cost and ship a replacement at no additional charge.

If you are unhappy with your artwork purchase from our shop, contact us within 5 business days of the package arrival. We will refund the cost within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (must be undamaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
