Stop by JD's Bodega in downtown Boise when you have a hankering for an all-beef hot dog with the classic trimmings - mustard, ketchup and relish. Despite the bun in a plastic bag, the beef is high-quality from Double R Ranch. Apologies to the Chicago natives for my use of ketchup on a hot dog. I grew up in Spokane, and we're a little trashy.

 

Paper Prints:
