Betsie is all about honoring the art of slow food, and she is a sucker for a well-made doughnut. These indulgent, over-filled, over-sprinkled, celebration-of-life doughnuts are handmade by Rich Gardunia, the head pastry chef of Crave Kitchen & Bar in Eagle, Idaho. They taste as good as they look.
