This oil painting reproduction depicts a mid-century modern Norman Cherner Plycraft chair and Mala Buddhist beads in a field of poppies. Meditation is an important practice for Betsie. She believes a better world starts with how we treat each other and ourselves. The red poppies reference the symbolism of fallen soldiers in war.
