A Black Manhattan is made with 2 ounces rye whiskey, 1 ounce Averna amaro, Angostura + orange bitters, and a brandied cherry. The original oil painting was created for Betsie's patron's swanky bar, the "his" to go along with the Champagne Cocktail "hers" painting.
